Usability audit of what's in place
This step is carried out on the desktop extranet
This first usability-audit step surfaces issues around guiding users as well as a lack of consistency between the platform’s elements. These difficulties could trigger a fairly heavy workload for the user. This analysis then helps us steer toward the right areas to address throughout the engagement.
Screen co-design workshop
Thanks to proposals on the platform’s main pages produced ahead of the workshop by Akiani, the workshop helps improve them and add contextual elements. The project team is then invited to share feedback from their users and to think about more intuitive solutions for the main pages and components.
Platform wireframes
Following the co-design workshop, the different low-fidelity mockups are extended to cover the vast majority of the platform’s templates.
A refreshed visual identity
Using visual codes drawn from nature for a professional tool aimed at wine growers
We reworked Phloeme’s graphic and visual positioning, to offer users a tool that fits them. A new colour palette has been introduced along with a new typeface to optimise ease of use and readability.
