Our team works in an integrated way: UX researchers, UX designers and UI designers support each other across the different phases of projects. Internal iterations bring together different perspectives, reframing and a step back.

An expert, close-knit agency

Our multidisciplinary team (ergonomists, PhDs, designers and engineers) combines the rigor of scientific expertise with the flexibility of a small, close-knit agency, around three areas: UX research, UX design and UI design (with a touch of artistic direction).

Our operational strategy

We've structured our team around senior profiles, supported by experienced profiles, allowing a strategic and operational distribution across different levels depending on the project's challenges, timing and the organization they require.

On the UX research side, the team includes three PhDs in the humanities and social sciences (cognitive engineering) and two UX researchers trained in ergonomics and the study of behaviors.

Technical leadership

A profile specialized in each area (UX research, UX design, UI design) supports the operational team at key moments, to ensure delivery quality, exchange around what's being produced, take a step back or simply bring another perspective.

Engagement leadership

In charge of the strategic aspects of the engagement: its overall organization, any difficulties or issues, and the trade-offs, changes of direction or other adjustments that have a significant impact on what was planned.
