After 12 years of daily practice by our ergonomics, UX design and UI design specialists, we figured we had a bit of perspective on the concepts of the trade.

Since we bring a teaching mindset to our projects, the idea came up to share a glossary open to anyone. The principle is simple: describe the tools and methods used most often, and link them to examples of how they play out in agency projects.

The aim isn't to be exhaustive, and we don't claim to hold the truth. What we did prepare is dedicated content for each key term, to explain what it is and what it's for. Most of the time, we even share how we go about it.
