Co-sketching workshop
Defining the different stakeholders involved in each phase of the contract lifecycle
Before a contract can be sent to a client for electronic signature, it has to be created and validated by all the teams involved (who are responsible for part or all of the contract). The approval rules are specific to each actor and are defined against a number of required validations.
The journey determines the status, the steps (sequentially or in parallel), the governance and the associated roles, all along the contract lifecycle.
Co-sketching
Information architecture and co-sketching of the platform's screens
Following the definition of the different journeys, the co-design workshop lets us consolidate the application’s information architecture, map the full site structure and start exploring the first directions for the graphic interfaces and the features in paper-sketch form, in order to define the main templates and consider technical solutions and their associated constraints.
UX sprint
Building on the foundations that emerge from the workshop, we kick off the wireframe production phase
Designing the wireframes is the materialisation of the information architecture, the contract lifecycle and the interaction journeys previously mapped. A dynamic prototype is produced so we can test all the scenarios and ensure the experience stays smooth and coherent for every actor, from creation to the final electronic signature of the contract.
Creating the brand image
In parallel with the UX sprint, we imagine Neosigna's new visual identity
Neosigna wants to revolutionise contract management in the asset-management field and become the go-to player for digital contracts. Graphically, the challenge is to create a polymorphic shape that brings in the ideas of signature, contract and speed, while evoking the fintech world.
So that clients can picture themselves using it and see the full potential of their new identity, we apply the identity to print materials. Neosigna’s visual identity has to live both on the web and on all other communication materials, for a strong brand cohesion and identity.
A two-mode platform
Once the identity and wireframes are validated, we carry the screens over into UI design
After running a benchmark of the fintech world, we notice that many tools offer two modes for their interface. For better comfort and use, we produce the screens in light mode and in dark mode.
The mandate-management platform gradually comes to life.
Introducing the tool
A final UI sprint focuses on the layout of the Neosigna showcase site
The site design picks up the visual language established on the interface in a light, bright atmosphere. Illustrations accompany the main messages to humanise the experience.
